I am Dr Nagraj Naik, Nephrologist at SDM Medical College, Dharwad. Our centre has got the licence to start renal transplant recently and we are about to start our renal transplant programme. I along with my colleague Dr Mahesh Bennikal and 2 transplant coordinators from my institute attended the Transplant Coordinators training programme conducted at Hubli from 8/4/19 to 12/4/19 by MOHAN Foundation.
It was an excellent and very very informative programme. The trainers especially Lalitha Raghuram madam, Sujatha madam and Ann Alex madam were amazing. The amount of expertise and understanding that they have in this field is just mind blowing. They personally take care of each and every trainee and make sure that everybody is trained adequately. I really appreciate the efforts put by them and MOHAN Foundation behind each and every study material and teaching programme. They conduct activities and plays which gives everyone real time experience. I also applaud the the efforts of MOHAN Foundation is this noble field of Organ Donation. I recommend each and every person wanting to take up transplant coordinators job to get trained under MOHAN Foundation. I congratulate them and wish them all the best to carry on the good work.
